In such cases, the order will be reviewed by our team and handled appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction. Second: In-Store Purchases (Ready-Made Items) In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, ready-made items purchased from our boutique may be exchanged or returned under the following conditions: • The item must be in its original condition. • The original tag must be attached. • The original purchase invoice must be presented.
